Ideology exists separately from the facts, it raises above them, changing and bending them to its own purpose. Want some examples? Here goes.

On whose side Christian America fought in Yugoslavia? On the side of Christian Serbs or on the side of Bosnian Muslims? What conflict of civilizations is that?!

Who did the totally Muslim countries side up with during the "Desert Storm"? Their Iraqi brother - albeit not quite a righteous Muslim - or the Christian coalition? So, do you see any conflict of civilizations here?!

And where did this Bin-Ladin come from, anyway? He appeared from somewhere "under Zbigniew Brzezinski". He is a product of the policy of using radical Islam against the USSR. Can you understand the meaning of the words? It is one thing when the guy is attacking you himself, and quite another - when he is being USED (this and subsequent capitalization - paper's own).

And what of Saddam Husayn? He was a SECULAR DICTATOR! But whom did they clear the road for, actually? For fundamentalists, supported not even by moderate Tehran, but by radical Qom.

Islamic terrorism is not a feature of (the Muslim) civilization, it is a means. The means for what? I say it is the means for a very radical reorganization of the world order.

This new world order is not quite shaping up without the destruction of Russia, among other things. So, Islamic terrorism is being used to achieve this aim. In Nazran, Groznyy, Beslan - everywhere. I repeat: USED.
