THREE KOSOVO ALBANIANS ACCUSED OF TERRORISM
ARRESTED IN ALBANIA

Tirana, 7 June: Tirana police forces on Monday (7 June) arrested three Kosovar
nationals, two of whom declared internationally wanted.
State police sources report that the arrested nationals are Florim Mursel Ejupi,
Faik Kamer Shaqiri and Xhevat Musa Kosuni.
Florim Ejupi, born in and inhabitant of Sekirac village, Podujeve (Podujevo),
has been declared internationally wanted for the penal acts such as killing
through terrorist acts, grave injuries through terrorist acts, serious attacks
against person, life-attempt, kidnapping, acts committed during 2001. For these
penal acts, this national was arrested on 19 March 2001, and on 3 April of this
year was transferred to prison Bond Steel, from which he escaped 11 days later.
Since that time he has been declared wanted. Police sources say that after
escaping the prison he has committed other penal acts. In March 2004 he was
active member of the Albanian National Army (ANA). At the moment of arrest he
had been using a passport with another identity, Kinan Gjoci.
The other arrested national, Faik Kamer Shaqiri, 22-years-old, was born in and
inhabitant of Baks village, Skenderaj commune. He was accused of murder, life
attempt, kidnapping. He had been member of ANA. The passport he had been using
at the moment of arrest was with his identity. The third person was Xhevat Musa
Kosuni, 37. He was arrested along with the two aforesaid persons.
