Albanian arrested in south Serbia

BUJANOVAC -- Wednesday – An ethnic Albanian has been arrested on suspicion of involvement in an armed attack on the Albanian Beljuji family in south Serbia last week, FoNet reports today.

Citing sources close to the investigation, the agency says that several people have been questioned over the attack and it is now up to an investigating magistrate to decide on arrests.

Albanian sources say that the man arrested is a former member of the outlawed Liberation Army of Presevo, Medvedja and Bujanovac.
