Dear Mr. Kempees,

Herewith I send you first of all the missing pages.
 

This in duplicate, since I have sent the Registry meanwhile also a copy of the application by mail, holding, as I presume, the same fault. I apologize for this omission.

Secondly I send you my original authority for the representa­tion of Mr. Milosevic.

And finally I send you a copy of the 31 August 2000 decision by the Pres. Rb. Den Haag.

As already communicated with you, it is our intention to replace this application by a gramatically more correct version in the near future.
 

As it is also our intention to extend this application with additional applications with regard to partial subjects.

We cannot give further indications with respect to a time schedule for this, since communication with Mr. Milosevic is extremely hampered by the the Hague tribunal.
 

As is is showed by the enclosed draft-summons to the tribunal.

For us it is now the limit. I refuse to meet with Mr. Milosevic any longer under the conditions imposed by the tribunal.
 

So communication with him is now interrupted till further notice.

This means that also the further implementation of the provi­sional application for the main part will be delayed till further notice.
