KOSOVO OFFICIAL SUSTAINS FACE INJURIES IN
ATTACK BY MP OUTSIDE PARLIAMENT

Pristina, 17 October: Kosovo MP Fadil Geci physically attacked Kosovo Polje
Municipal Assembly President Skender Zogaj outside the parliament building in
Pristina. Zogaj sustained light injuries.
The Emergency Centre of the Pristina Clinical Hospital Centre said that Zogaj
was admitted with face injuries but was discharged after receiving medical
treatment.
Kosovo Police Service [KPS] spokesman Veton Elshani told Pristina-based media
that the police had been informed about the incident and that first Geci, and
then Zogaj, were questioned in the Pristina main police station.
