Slobodna Bosna Marked and Croatian and Serbian Media Destroyed British Spies in the Balkans
Slobodna Bosna - September 2, 2004

A year ago an affair known as “coup d’etat” was revealed in BiH. The FBiH Intelligence Service (FOSS) and its leaders received an approval from the British spy center in Sarajevo (from Paddy Ashdown personally) to illegally wire-tap dozens of local politicians, former and present police officers, journalists, and lawyers. Finally the British spy center demanded from the Federal Prosecution to arrest a certain number of those wire-tapped people.

Since the whole spy game was revealed, British Intelligence Service center MI6 decided to withdraw the key agents Gareth Lungly from Zagreb, Anthony Monckton from Belgrade, and Alistair Sommerlad and Julian Braithwaite from Sarajevo.

Serbian media announce that Braithwaite and his Serb wife Biljana from Bratunac could be in big trouble due to an alleged video tape made by the Serbian intelligence agency. That tape shows the lascivious behavior of Braithwaite and certain Swedish diplomat who was in Kosovo with Braithwaite in 1999. Allegedly, a part of that tape was recorded at Braithwaite’s wedding.
