BOSNIAN FEDERATION FREEZES ACCOUNTS OF 10 ISLAMIC CHARITIES - SECURITY MINISTRY

(Presenter) The Bosnia-Hercegovina Security Ministry has confirmed that the relevant Federation authorities have frozen the bank accounts of ten Islamic humanitarian organizations suspected of aiding international terrorism. A ministry report, which was quoted today by the (Bosnian) Serb Republic media, does not name the banks which had reported suspicious transactions of the humanitarian organizations. The media reports say it is suspected that around 790m convertible marks (KM, Bosnia-Hercegovina currency) has been laundered.
