MILOSEVIC LODGES COMPLAINT AGAINST DUTCHMAN

A report by the Dutch physician Van Dijkman says that Mr. Milosevic is not able to defend himself. Milosevic disagrees with that.

Slobodan Milosevic has filed a complaint with the Physician's Disciplinary Board against the Dutch physician Dr. Van Dijkman. This information has been released by the Dutch lawyer Mr. N.M.P. Steijnen.
 

Mr. Van Dijkman is the author of a medical report which states that Mr. Milosevic's health condition does not permit him to conduct his own defence before the Yugoslav Tribunal.

According to Steijnen Dr. Van Dijkman has issued an 'inspired by the tribunal,' 'unsound,' 'pseudo-medical' report. By acting like this he has made himself 'co-responsible for a gross breach of the fundamental human rights of Mr. Milosevic'.
 

COMPLAINT AGAINST DUTCH PHYSICIAN FILED BY MR. MILOSEVIC

Mr. Slobodan Milosevic has filed a complaint against the Dutch physician Dr. Van Dijkman with the Physician's Disciplinary Board. This has been made public by the Dutch lawyer Mr. N.M.P. Steijnen.

Dr. Van Dijkman is the author of a medical report which states that Mr. Milosevic' health condition does not permit him to defend himself before the Yugoslav Tribunal.

The report is the reason why the former president had counsel imposed upon him against his will at the beginning of September.

According to Steijnen Dr. Van Dijkman issued a report which was, 'unsound', 'inspired by the tribunal' and 'pseudo-medical." Steijnen argues that Dr. Van Dijkman he has made himself 'co-responsible for a gross breach of the fundamental human rights of Mr. Milosevic'.
